Promotions for Providers
H4L PLUS provides structured, low-impact exercise programs focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and functional capacity. Programs are designed to support activities of daily living and overall physical wellbeing.
Yes. Workouts are designed of the capabilities of the participant. An in depth questionnaire is completed by the participant prior to the commencement of the program. All workouts are accessible for participants with varying levels of ability, including those returning from injury or with reduced mobility. Exercises can be modified where required.
Yes. Programs can be tailored to support participants recovering from joint replacement or managing joint-related conditions, with a focus on safe movement and gradual progression.
Yes. When you sign up to H4l PLUS, you will complete a pre-exercise questionnaire that we use to personalise your training program. If there are any specific issues, we will contact you and discuss your options. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your current level of movement ability.
Workouts typically range from 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the participant’s capacity, goals, and support plan.
No prior fitness experience is required. The program is designed to support participants at their current ability level.
Yes. Exercises are low-impact and designed to prioritise safety, stability, and functional movement for older adults.
Yes. Participants are encouraged to complete activities at a pace that suits their individual needs and abilities.
H4L PLUS includes guided instructions which are delivered via video and/or written formats. All exercises are on a repeat loop so the exercise is always visually present.
The aim is for the participant to complete 3 workout per week.
Yes. Programs include gradual progression options to support ongoing improvement in strength, mobility, and confidence.
Yes. Support workers or carers can assist participants to safely complete exercises where required, in line with the participant’s support plan.
Participants can pause, modify, or skip activities as needed. Programs are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the participant’s condition on any given day. If an exercise is unable to be completed by the participant, feedback should be left in the comments section of that particular workout by the carer or participant.
