Who we serve

Compliance

H4L PLUS operates under the NDIS Practice Standards, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and Australian

Privacy Principles (APPs). All referral incentives are transparent, optional, and compliant with NDIS

Code of Conduct guidelines. Providers can disclose participation in partnership programs to

maintain ethical standards.
